When you find solid nails too dull, pull out some striping tape and create different geometric shapes. For this manicure, I simply stick the stripes to have different thicknesses. I also included triangles on my pinky and thumb.

1. Apply a base coat to smooth the surface of your nails and to prevent them from staining.
2. Paint your nails which over color you want, it will be your base for this mani.
3. Cut pieces of striping tape. (Around 3 cm each)
4. Place the pieces on your nails. Remember to keep them parallel if you want the best results.
5. Quickly apply another color over the section of your choice.
6. Remove the tape with precision before the polish dries.
7. Finish off by applying a top coat to seal and smooth the design.
