Oil Slick by Phil Brigido
As a first Ciaté London nail polish, I am quite impressed.  It is a metallic duo-chrome polish. It shifts from a gold to a green/indigo. It creates an illusion, depending of your light source and intensity. People thought I painted my nails again! Although it is called Oil Slick, it isn't a holographic puddle.

Ciaté London claims that the long handle allows you to paint the best strokes. I think that the cylinder shape allows you to have better control over the brush since there isn't any shape variation compared to others brands. From the item description, there are actually 250 flat bristles in the brush!

The numerous bristles are supposed to guarantee a beautiful finish, but since this is a metallic polish, I find that the strokes are emphasized in the application of the polish. Even after the polish tried after  the application of two coats, the strokes are still apparent. Nevertheless, the polish is highly pigmented and one coat would suffice. The chrome effect will definitely attract attention on your nails!

Since it is a metallic polish, make sure you apply a ridge-filling base coat or 2 coats of your regular base coat for best results. Otherwise, some imperfections of your natural nails might show.
