When you find solid nails too dull, pull out some striping tape and create different geometric shapes. For this manicure, I simply stick the stripes to have different thicknesses. I also included triangles on my pinky and thumb.

Tutorial
- Apply a base coat to smooth the surface of your nails and to prevent them from staining.
- Paint your nails which over color you want, it will be your base for this mani.
- Cut pieces of striping tape. (Around 3 cm each)
- Place the pieces on your nails. Remember to keep them parallel if you want the best results.
- Quickly apply another color over the section of your choice.
- Remove the tape with precision before the polish dries.
- Finish off by applying a top coat to seal and smooth the design.
